Jini Song, M.S,
Mental Performance Coach
My name is Jini Song. I am a mental performance coach pursuing CMPC and studied Sport Psychology in the master’s program at California State University Long Beach
WHAT
I DO
Using sport psychology, I provide mental skills workshops, team sessions, and 1:1 private sessions for athletes, coaches, and teams.
With 2+ years of experience, I drove performance improvements for a Division 1 men's basketball team by leading visualization before games, increasing focus for over 60% of players, contributing to the Conference Championship win in the 23-24 season.

MY WHY
“I believe people can constantly grow as human beings throughout their lives if they work for it. Applying my philosophy to sports, I desire to help athletes grow professionally and personally in life.”
HOW
I use Sport Psychology as knowledge to achieve my 'Why'. Sport Psychology refers to psychological knowledge and skills to help athletes improve their performance, but also help them achieve personal development and well-being as human beings, beyond as athletes.
