MY WHY

“I believe people can constantly grow as human beings throughout their lives if they work for it.
Applying my philosophy to sports, I desire to help athletes grow professionally and personally in life.”

HOW

I use Sport Psychology as knowledge to achieve my 'Why'. Sport Psychology refers to psychological knowledge and skills to help athletes improve their performance, but also help them achieve personal development and well-being as human beings, beyond as athletes.

Mental performance training is an essential part of athletes' growth as it helps them maintain
their mental health as well as train mental skills to achieve their performance goals
