With +3.5 years of experience, I drove performance improvements for a Division 1 men's basketball team, playing a key role in their Conference Championship win in 2024.

I use Sport and Performance Psychology (SPP) as knowledge to achieve my 'Why'. SPP refers to psychological knowledge and skills to help people improve their performance, but also help them achieve personal development and well-being, beyond their profession.
